Experience and Skills Needed:
- Experience: working with concrete preferred, but not required.
- Aptitude to learn to read, understand, and interpret architectural and commercial blueprints.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to do mental math and calculations.
- Strong technical skills, including computer and email proficiency.
- Leadership skills; ability to be self-directed with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds several times a day.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to work inclement weather conditions.
- Good housekeeping skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.
