Sr. Process Design Consultant

BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Sr. Process Design Consultant for an opportunity in Charlotte NC

Position Title: Sr. Process Design Consultant

Location: Charlotte NC

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12 Months.

Job Type: [ FULL TIME /CONTRACT /ON-SITE]

Pay Range: $85/hr -$90/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

  • Provide consultative support to program and project managers in the implementation and adherence to appropriate GHR PMO processes and governance.
  • Drive improvements and adoption of enterprise and GHR Change Management processes and tools to create efficiency and optimize our delivery.
  • Analyze change policy and enterprise change standards, assess impacts, and communicate impacts to project managers
  • Assist the GHR PMO Lead with the management of change portfolio inventory (in-flight, planned, and closed) and coordinate weekly, monthly and adhoc status reporting across the portfolio.
  • Complete Line of Business (LOB) Quality Assurance reviews to monitor adherence of all GHR programs and projects to enterprise and Line of Business change governance.
  • Maintain integrated portfolio program management plan and track interdependencies.
  • Own and manage GHR PMO system of record and knowledge repositories (Program Project and Risk Tool, SharePoint, Discovery, PMO mailbox).

Required Skills:

* 5+ year's prior PMO or Project Management experience, working knowledge of Project Management methodologies (i.e. Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall etc.)

* Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written, including ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences

* Exceptional analytical skills with ability to comprehend, document, evaluate and improve complex project management processes

* Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Relationship Management - Ability to build relationships and interact with Technology, Change Management and Business Partners

* Effectively deals with ambiguity and adapts to changing circumstances

* Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes / actions and own process documentation

* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel-experience with Pivot tables and V Look Ups etc.)
