Batch Mixer

We are currently hiring for a batch mixer on 2nd or 3rd shift performing chemical batch mixing. We will pay $22-$23/hr. Anyone with experience may apply and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Description: attend daily safety meetings receive batch sheets formulate chemicals weigh out raw materials handling liquid and powders out of drums, totes, and bags pouring and placing materials into reactors checking gauges and controls follow all SOPs keep detailed records working with batches up to 4000 gallons monitor running machinery such as pumps, mixers, and milling machines if ever a problem need to notify maintenance ASAP will perform housekeeping duties while machines are running or if they are finished running batches for the day such as sweeping, cleaning, etc. communicate batch records for the day with the next shift as well as supervisors work side by side with helper and make sure they understand basic job duties, safety, etc. Will start out performing labor tasks, and become fully acclimated to formulating and batch mixing role Need to be flexible with helping out with packaging, staging, and preparing orders Will be fully trained by supervisors on role 11:30p-8:00a Sun-Thurs night 1x 3:30p-12:00am M-F 2nd shift 2x Skills: batch, chemical, operate, mix, weigh, raw, machine operator Top Skills Details: batch, chemical, operate, mix, weigh, raw, machine operator Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must Haves Manufacturing Experience - 3 years Blending, formulating, chemical operating, batch mixing, experience - 3 years chemical, pharma, preferred over foods About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
