As an Assembler, you will contribute to the overall success of the company and our customers through building machinery based on engineering designs and customer specifications. There is an immense opportunity for you to learn multiple, real-world career functions, be cross-trained and learn skills in Mechatronics while working as part of a team. In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck. Starting salary range for this role is $17.00-$22.00 per year depending on experience. This estimate represents the typical salary range you could earn in this position and is just one component of ProMach’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
Total compensation includes your salary, comprehensive medical/dental/vision programs, as well as life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment
