The Associate Director, Hygiene Training role is accountable for establishing and maintaining hygiene training protocols, materials and supporting resources. The role is also accountable for establishing and managing regional hygiene mentors in select locations, and executing education, community and local events for hygienists. The role will provide hands on clinical support in the practice and workflow optimization in the hygiene department. This role will help introduce and implement any Imagen based hygiene offerings at the practice level. The role will also lead and influence through others by using the regional hygiene mentors to deliver training and provide hands on clinical support as well. This role includes a component of quality control. The role will assist in auditing processes and will evaluate quality of care when in an office. This role will have routine reporting requirements as well.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain hygiene training protocols, materials and supporting resources
  • Build and manage a team of regional hygiene mentors
  • Lead regional hygiene community calls
  • Attend and lead local hygiene events
  • Introduce and implement Imagen hygiene offerings in practices
  • Participate in hygiene CE events and regional hygiene study clubs
  • Provide onsite support for high need practices
  • Provide quality care control audits and support
  • Drive company-wide hygiene related results and KPIs
  • Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
Qualifications

Experience You'll Have
  • RDH required
  • Training capabilities and leadership skills required for role
  • Proven ability to drive metrics as a clinical provider and trainer
  • Excellent written, virtual and verbal communication skills are required
  • Higher education in healthcare or business a plus, but not required
