  • Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

  • Interview, select, and train team members
  • Direct the work of team members and handle any related issues
  • Manage department inventory and budget
  • Provide leadership and support for team members, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment
  • Set and achieve sales and profit goals while monitoring and reducing shrinkage
  • Communicate with the merchandising team and analyze financial reports to improve department performance
