Diakon Family Life Services offers a range of counseling services to adults, children, teens, and families. Service types include community mental health and substance abuse counseling at various outpatient clinics. School-based counseling (MH and D&A); Family Based (community and in-home) and SPIN (community and in-home services for youth with problem sexual behavior).

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a co-occurring setting.
Develops individualized treatment plan for each client per agency procedures.
Provides a wide range of therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families and groups based on individualized assessment and treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team.
Childline and DHS FBI clearance results are required prior to beginning employment.

Education/Training: A Masters degree in psychology social work or counseling required; LMFT, LPC or LCSW preferred.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years post Masters supervised clinical experience in an outpatient setting normally required; experience in a drug and alcohol or co-occurring setting required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay is based on years of experience and may differ from Indeed estimates.
