We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to work full-time in our H2 Health Travel Tax Advantage Program at our H2 Health West Virginia outpatient clinics. Requirements:

H2 Health Travel Tax Advantage Program: Eligible participants include licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and their respective assistants who are duly licensed in West Virginia.


To qualify, employees must be working on a full-time travel assignment located more than one hundred twenty (120) miles from their permanent residence.


Employees compensated on a “per visit” basis and those holding temporary licenses do not qualify for this program.
