Clinical Education RN

We are seeking a Clinical Education RN to join our team at UNM Hospitals. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical and non-clinical educational programs for our operational components. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures. Patient care assignments may include neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups. You will have the opportunity to advance through our Clinical Advancement Program, earning up to $8.00 in additional compensation based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related discipline
  • 3 years of directly related experience
  • Current RN license in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement
  • CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider or Professional Rescuers certification within 30 days of hire

Physical Conditions:

Heavy Work: Exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects or people. Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Medium Work.

Sig Hazard: Chemicals, Biohazardous Materials requiring PPE
