Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic faculty member to teach Surgical Technology in our Surgical Technology program. This is a full-time, professional position reporting directly to the Program Director. The primary responsibility will be to teach Surgical Technology courses. Applicants will also be expected to provide academic advising to students, assist the program director and participate in department training, meetings and graduation.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Surgical Technology required, Bachelor degree preferred
- CST Certification is required
- At least three years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, motivated and results driven
- Prior teaching experience preferred
