Job Title: Data Entry or Data Processing
Location: Richmond, VA - Contract Only role
Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for an Brokerage Operations Specialist to join their fast-paced team.

As a Brokerage Operations Spec, you'll be a key part of the Customer Service Department, supporting the New Business Team. You'll be the go-to person for all things annuity changes, working directly with advisors and insurance carriers to keep things running smoothly.

Think you've got the chops? We're looking for someone with:
  • Attention to detail: You have a hawk eye for accuracy and won't let a mistake slip through the cracks.
  • Communication skills that slay: You can clearly explain complex information to both advisors and carriers, no sweat.
  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable navigating various platforms like email, carrier websites, and the DTCC portal. (No coding required, promise)
Bonus points if you have:
  • Prior experience in security or brokerage operations - you know the drill
