Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited, to the following:

  • Multi-disciplinary treatment plans and meetings
  • Post-hospital planning


Position Requirements

Candidates must have a master's degree in social work from an accredited school and be licensed as a LMSW or LCSW in MO. Prior experience work in behavioral health is strongly preferred.
