Clinical and Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Support Onboarding and Training of new team members.
  • Conduct training utilizing various instructional methods such as presentations, role-playing, and hands-on practice.
  • Content Creation: support the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
  • Skill Assessment: Assess the skill levels of behavior technicians through observations and role play and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and competency checks ongoing for new and current team members.
  • Coordinate communication and scheduling of new hires
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of behavior technicians during training and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards in behavior analysis throughout the training process.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and progress reports.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism to provide input on the effectiveness of training and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Crisis Management Training: training to equip behavior technicians with the skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
  • Foster a positive and supportive culture within the team by promoting collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.
  • Support with team/departmental meetings.
  • Support change management of the organization.
  • Support the Interview process by hosting second interviews and tours as needed.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure excellence in clinical operations and services.
  • Provide direct therapy services as needed.
  • Maintain professional and accurate clinical records
  • Other duties may be assigned.
