Your role as a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Therapist

As a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Therapist at Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix, you will have the unique opportunity to work with individuals ranging from 18 months to adults, assisting them in overcoming behavioral deficits and enhancing socially significant behaviors. Are you a good fit for this Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Therapist job?

To excel in the role of a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Therapist at Adventure ABA, LLC in Phoenix, certain skills and qualifications are essential. These include having a high school diploma, a minimum of 6 months of childcare experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist clients as needed. Additionally, you should be comfortable sitting on the floor for extended periods during therapy sessions and either hold CPR certification or be willing to obtain it upon being offered the position.

A crucial requirement is the willingness to drive up to 35 miles between sessions, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to delivering exceptional care to our clients. If you possess these skills and traits, you could be the perfect fit for our adventurous team.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
