Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Messaging Analyst to join our Productivity Engineering team. You will play a key role in managing and supporting our Microsoft 365 environment, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and mobility within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for:
    • Microsoft Exchange Online
    • Microsoft Exchange Server 2019
    • Microsoft Outlook client
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Internal Mail Gateway (SendMail Sentrion)
    • RightFax
  • Resolve issues affecting Microsoft 365 applications and messaging systems
  • Implement software releases, patches, and hotfixes
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts
  • Maintain documentation, including architecture drawings and operating procedures
  • Stay updated on new technologies
  • Ensure compliance with standards and policies
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend support rotations
Required Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience managing global enterprise messaging systems
  • 7 years of experience with Exchange administration and support
  • 2-3 years of PowerShell scripting experience
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Experience in hybrid messaging environments (Exchange Online and on-prem)
  • Technical support experience for Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
  • Excellent documentation and analytical skills
