Job Summary:

The Radiology Technologist position is responsible for demonstrating all radiological procedures as described in the departmental policy while maintaining patient quality and care.

Primary Functions:

Prepare patients for radiological procedures while ensuring safety protocols

  • Obtain quality radiographs promptly; process and accurately digitize images with correct patient data
  • Maintain examination rooms, equipment, and cleanliness.
  • Ensure that all equipment is working well and in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Comply with radiation safety guidelines and operates radiographic equipment safely
  • Assist with additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Registered Radiology Tech by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (AART) or ARRT registry eligible.
  • Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist License required
  • Current CPR certification preferred

  • At least 2 years of Radiology Technologist experience, preferred


Pre-Employment background check, drug screen and TB test required for all new hires.
