Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 2-10+ years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lender, real estate, civil, and business litigation, but we are open to considering candidates with general litigation experience who are eager to grow and specialize in these areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, including lender, real estate, civil, and business litigation matters.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic legal advice.
  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • 2 to 10+ years of litigation experience - Lender, real estate, civil litigation, business litigation. Would consider any candidate with litigation experience.
  • Trail experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
  • Billable hour requirement between 1500 to 1800.
  • Licensed in MA.
