To make sure nothing is forgotten

Your role will include:

  • involvement in process improvement and process optimization projects as well as Continuous Improvement (WCM) related, Kaizen, lean projects.
  • Validating new equipment, creating procedures and training affected personnel.
  • Capital (CAPEX) projects including defining project, quoting, gaining approvals, executing implementation
  • Production troubleshooting, providing support to operations team
  • Training other engineers, operators and verify trainings
