This is a full-time position for a Transplant Nurse Care Coordinator at a leading healthcare network. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to provide comprehensive clinical care for potential and actual transplant candidates and recipients. The role involves coordinating pre-transplant evaluations, conducting patient education, managing clinical data, and participating in research studies. The ideal candidate will hold a current Connecticut RN License with a BSN and have 2-4 years of recent acute care experience. Experience in transplantation and/or dialysis is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Current Connecticut Registered Nurse License (BSN required)
  • 2-4 years recent clinical acute care experience
  • Experience in transplantation and/or dialysis preferred
  • Certification or eligibility within specialty may be required
