Five (5) years of Business Analysis experience At Least two of those years need to be in a Senior or Lead Business Analyst Role Two (2) engagements lasting more than six (6) months each in a Business Analyst Role Two (2) years of experience leading small sub-groups of a project team Two (2) years of experience leading requirements gathering sessions Two (2) years of experience directly interacting with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Development Team Members.
