What You'll Do
  • Create go-to-market plans that translate brand business plans into 4P guidelines by promoted group by channel
  • Develop LSM (Local Success Model- 4p's) to create specific objectives for each channel and class of trade
  • Harmonize pricing models to create coherence across channels
  • Provide market feedback to business GMs and marketing organizations
  • Create the capability to deliver category management decision-making support to key customers
  • Support planning and logistics needs for customer-facing and customer management events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Monitor customer feedback, identify pain points, and propose solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Spearhead projects that improve customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of market developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
