Power Platform Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Lead with a strong background in developing and deploying Power Platform solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable and impactful business applications using the Power Platform, Dataverse, Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, SharePoint, SQL, and Power Apps Portals. Your expertise will ensure high-quality solutions aligned with business processes, meeting project deadlines, and delivering value through efficient and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

• Utilize Dataverse to create data models and entities that drive business processes and data-driven applications.

• Develop and customize SharePoint integrations within Power Platform solutions.

• Ensure efficient data storage and management using SQL and Dataverse.

• Mentor and lead a team of Power Platform developers, fostering collaboration and providing guidance.

• Coordinate and prioritize development efforts to meet project deadlines and business requirements.

• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to ensure high standards in solution development.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Power Platform solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business processes.

• Communicate project progress and milestones to stakeholders effectively.

• Develop and maintain Power Apps Portals to provide external stakeholders with self-service access to data and applications.

• Implement security and access controls to protect sensitive information.

• Ensure a user-friendly and responsive portal experience.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Power Platform development.

• Proficiency in developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

• Strong knowledge of Dataverse for building data models and entities.

• Experience with SharePoint integration within the Power Platform.

• Expertise in SQL for data management and storage.

• Familiarity with Power Apps Portals and portal development.

• Solid understanding of data architecture and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience leading Power Platform development projects.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
