Job Duties:
- Conceptualizing and Implementing Website Design
- Excellent visual design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Testing and improving the design and function of the website
- Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices for website application
- Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing brand guidelines and content standards
- Propose wireframe and design changes for a better end-user experience (UX/UI design)
- Work easily with multiple content management systems and project management software
- Incorporate added functions and features to websites.
- Ensure content on sites is accurate and current.
- Publish content to websites.
- First line for support tickets
- Be a Backup to the Marketing Technology Manager
- Assist in SEO project implementation
- Assist in website POC to HubSpot lead generation endeavors
- Be adept in all Marketing & Communications, Learning & Development and company SharePoint software platforms to troubleshoot and support development as needed
- Curate and run reports from various platforms
- Provide Support to the Graphic Design and Video Production Channels
- Provide Graphic Design support for all other deliverables on an as-needed basis.
- Support the Graphic Design Editor as their "backup" as needed.
- Support Video production channel if needed
Work Environment:
- Office working environment
- Prefer in office attendance, hybrid on occasion
- Some travel to company locations, job sites, and customer offices based on project needs, predominantly day trips, if at all
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting frequently. Standing desk options are available.
- Standing/walking/climbing occasionally
Experience & Qualifications
- Some development experience, some graphic/web design experience. Being familiar with HubSpot a plus.
- Must have desire and experience with software implementation processes and eagerness to learn new and multiple software platforms.
- A relevant diploma in a related field.
- 5-8 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end web
- Good understanding of content management systems.
- Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Excellent visual design skills.
- Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.
- Creative and open to new ideas.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques and skills.
- Ability to draw upon the analysis of others and make recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multi-functional departments and teams.
- Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and customer service oriented.
- Ability to navigate workload through a project management solution.
- Adept in working with Microsoft Office and SharePoint, entering data, conducting internet research, and keeping in contact with clients and supervisors.
- Possess creativity, a collaborative mindset, excellent communications skills, and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Proactive, multi-tasked, self-motivated team player with a positive attitude is a must.
