The Skills You Will Bring: Electrical knowledge/experience preferred Must have your own tools Conventional shift to start Must meet prescreening criteria to be considered This is an opportunity for current production employees who possess the work orientation and mechanical aptitude to become certified maintenance mechanics over an approximately eighteen (18) month to two (2) year period. Note: Upon completion of the program, Maintenance Associates must complete the AON General Mechanic/Journeyman test to move to the next classification. If an internal production employee enters the Maintenance Associate program and is unsuccessful he/she can return to the production workforce within 6 months.
