Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Desktop Support Specialist at Teceze in Lima, OH. The Onsite Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, printers, and troubleshooting issues. The role will involve desktop support tasks and ensuring the smooth performance of desktops.

Qualifications

  • Desktop Computers and Technical Support
  • Printer Support and Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Desk Top Support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team
  • Relevant certifications or technical training
  • Experience with IT service management tools

Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

  • Knowledge of networking and server maintenance
  • Experience with remote support technologies
  • Understanding of data protection and security practices
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with hardware and software installation
