Wynn Las Vegas, a leading luxury brand, seeks a skilled and proactive Model Integration Specialist to join our innovative Casino Marketing team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Data Science team to integrate predictive models into the campaign workflow, ensuring these models are effectively utilized to optimize campaign performance. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to support and troubleshoot throughout the campaign lifecycle. The Model Integration Specialist will also maintain detailed documentation of model implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Integration:
- Collaborate with the Data Science team to integrate predictive models into the marketing campaign workflow.
- Ensure seamless integration of models into various marketing platforms and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated models to ensure they are meeting campaign objectives.
- Design and implement metrics and experiments for campaigns.
- Utilize predictive models to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
- Analyze model outputs and make data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance model accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide technical support throughout the campaign lifecycle, addressing any model integration and performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that may arise during campaign execution.
- Work closely with IT and other technical teams to ensure robust model deployment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of model implementation processes and procedures.
- Document best practices and lessons learned to improve future model integration efforts.
- Create user guides and training materials for team members to utilize predictive models effectively..
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Proven experience in integrating predictive models into marketing or business workflows
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of core statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on maintaining thorough documentation
- Knowledge of the hospitality or gaming industry preferred
