We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Modeler to join our team at Thinkbox Technology Group. As a Revit Modeler, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and reviewing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models related to low-voltage systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Low Voltage System Design: Develop and prepare low voltage system design models and drawings using Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local codes and regulations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with designers and engineers to integrate low-voltage systems into building designs, effectively communicating complex technical information.
  • BIM Modeling and Management: Utilize BIM software to create and manage 3D models and drawings of building-related systems, performing clash detection and resolving conflicts.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of design decisions, changes, and issues, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of experience as a Revit Modeler in the field of low-voltage systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit and other BIM software, with strong understanding of low voltage systems including data, AV, security, and communication systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent technical drawing and 3D modeling skills, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation and Benefits
