Ensure standard work is applied through entire Enterprise Logistics organization. Schedule and utilize employees, material and facilities to ensure that schedules and goals are met. Establish and maintain applicable records and reports monitoring internal operating controls. Provide training in Enterprise Logistics processes techniques, policies and procedures and/or safety and environmental procedures. Provide direction to employees as guided by established policies and procedures. Interpret and execute policies that affect supervised employees. Prepare, Analyze and report Enterprise Logistics Performance Metrics for Enterprise, BU, Program and site. Attend appropriate reviews. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related Logistics Manager experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related Logistics Manager experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related Logistics Manager experience. Preferred Additional Skills: Background/experience in Logistics, Enterprise Logistics/Systems. Enterprise (multiple site) Leadership experience Enterprise-level Process Improvement Initiative leadership/facilitation Strategic Focus Possess proven leadership capabilities including knowledge and experience that has been proven on major initiatives.
