Digital Marketing Specialist Join our high performing, highly visible, customer focused team. You'll put your strong analytical and marketing skills to work by studying the latest trends, identify what features people want, where we can make enhancements and how we make the user experience the best one possible Your focus will be on web site support, products and features, and services that solve customer challenges.

Digital Marketing Specialist Where you'll be working... This is a fully remote role but you may have to come into a business location for occasional meeting days set by your manager. What we're looking for... You can juggle several projects with tight deadlines and not drop any balls-while also keeping your eye on the big picture. With a knack for working with different types of people, you inspire others to do their best work and carry out the roadmap and vision.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:
- DIgital Marketing/Customer Experience support
- Experience with metrics and how those metrics can drive decisions
- Experience using G suite of tools.
- Defining requirements and user stories and leading the team through design and development.
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Forging strong relationships across organizations
- Tracking success metrics and communicating results to management.
- Successfully work with cross functional teams and gain consensus for enhancements

Digital Marketing Specialist You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 or more years of work of relevant experience.
- Experience with Design Thinking, project management, and/or program management.

Digital Marketing Specialist Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in management, or digital marketing.
- PMP certification.
- Analytics and data focus to use for shared marketing insights and recommendations.
- Managed complex projects with shifting priorities, demands, and stakeholders. Ideally, with cross-functional teams and agencies.

Digital Marketing Specialist EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree
- PMP or Scrum Master certification
