REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Maintain a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of Massachusetts. Receive training in safe food handling techniques, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care. Showcase your culinary skills for meal preparation.
