Join our vibrant team as a full-time Sales Engineer and step into a role where you'll be at the forefront of our exciting growth journey As a Sales Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion, taking on a range of exhilarating responsibilities:

  • Craft and deliver captivating technical presentations to both current and prospective clients.
  • Dive deep into client needs, working closely with engineers to determine precise equipment requirements.
  • Team up with our sales squad to grasp customer demands and offer invaluable support throughout the sales process.
  • Seal the deal by securing and renewing orders, orchestrating seamless delivery, and tailoring products to meet unique customer needs.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, tackling client issues with installed equipment and suggesting enhancements to boost efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and developing innovative new products, providing top-notch technical support, and driving sales and revenue growth while delivering unparalleled customer service.

This role is based in the lively town of Castle Rock, CO, with opportunities for extensive travel throughout a broader territory. We're on the lookout for a candidate with a blend of sales engineering, sales, and customer service skills, coupled with a knack for technical problem-solving. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are a must, along with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships. Experience in the protein processing industry is a definite plus, and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
