Overview:
Client is looking for Salesforce Developers. The developers will be assigned to support hands-on development efforts on projects for the Department of Social Services. This position will report to the APPS/DEV team. Salesforce certifications are required. Consultants are coming in twice a week to the office. CT candidates are preferable. Contract extensions will be processed based on candidate performance and budget availability.

  • Develop Medium to Complex SF solutions to ensure that best practices are followed and the best data solutions are provided.
  • Create technical plans and strategies with other IT team members, developing solutions to address any agency-wide issues and making business processes more efficient.
  • Conduct workshops/training for other team members in the IT Team to gain a detailed understanding of the Salesforce Solution, business requirements, and Salesforce Platform Capabilities.
  • Responsible for developing Apex, LWC, and other technologies to build native/custom solutions.
  • Support maintenance and operations of existing applications built in Salesforce.
  • Develop new applications or Customize applications from App Exchange.
  • Produce business and technical documentation for the projects.
  • Conduct thorough knowledge transfer & training to State.

Required Skills
  • Strong background in Salesforce Solution Architecture.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong Lightning web component development experience.
  • Rich front end UI/UX developer (must possess strong html5/css experience).
  • Strong Java Script/JQuery experience.
  • Strong writing skills in Apex classes and triggers.
  • Strong visualforce page development experience.
  • Experience working in Enterprise level applications.
  • Experience in Agile development methodology.
  • Preferred experience and knowledge in ETL/integration tools.
  • Experience in MuleSoft integration.
  • Experience with DB2, SQL Server.
  • Experience in Salesforce Community development.
  • Experience in constituent e-signing solutions is a plus.
