Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy - Wilsonville
Why Clinicians Love Therapeutic Associates...
At Therapeutic Associates, we do things a little differently. Here are a few additional ways we set ourselves apart from others in the industry:
Owned by Physical Therapists. Our company is owned and operated by physical therapists, which means patient care is always prioritized over profit. This commitment ensures that you can focus on what you do best-delivering high-quality care to your patients.
Career Path to Leadership. We believe in investing in our employees and their future. Our career path includes the opportunity to become a shareholder in the company, allowing you to have a direct impact on the direction and success of our organization.
Best-in-Industry Mentorship Program. Our mentorship program is designed to provide unparalleled support and growth opportunities. Participants receive 48 hours of one-on-one time with a seasoned physical therapist who has been highly trained to mentor others. This hands-on guidance will help you develop your skills and advance your career.
APTA Accredited Residency Program. Residents in our program receive the full regular salary, ensuring you are fairly compensated for your dedication and hard work. If you choose to stay with our company for 2 years after completing the residency, the program is entirely free. Upon successful completion of the residency, you are prepared to test for both the COMT and OCS certifications, significantly enhancing your professional credentials.
PT Cohort Program for Business Training. The PT Cohort is a 2 year-long program that includes eight sessions (one per quarter). Each session includes a day of learning and professional development along with social events in the evening after each session. At the PT Cohorts, you will build connections with other PT and teammates, grow knowledge of the company, understand foundational clinical frameworks and learn about clinical growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Care Team Model. Opportunity to work within a care team that provides support, where you can ask questions and learn from your peers both within individual clinics and across the organization. We strive for focused attention on each patient's journey toward positive health and wellness through shared decision making, concurrently maximizing each therapist's skills, knowledge, and experience.
