Responsibilities:

Maintain network and backup systems

Monitor and address automated alerts related to supported devices

Work with clients and remote support technicians on advanced service issues

Update assigned service tickets daily

Perform advanced problem-solving on various applications and hardware

Maintain accurate records and time logging in ConnectWise

Basic Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of computer systems software and hardware

Minimum 2-year customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, on-site, and ability to always maintain a pleasant disposition

Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

Thrives on a team where expertise is shared, and feedback is welcomed

Effective time management including the ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize

Ability to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while working with customers

Aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical support experience

Passion for problem resolution and creation of a positive customer experience

Technical degree, related certification(s), experience in the healthcare field

Additional Requirements:

Successful completion of pre-employment assessments

Successful completion of initial training

Professional and friendly demeanor

Pays attention and adheres to company policies and procedures

Valid driver’s license

Drug test and background check
