  • Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve incidents.

  • Provide advanced support for Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. Stay updated with the latest features and updates.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy management, and access control.
  • Leverage experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI) to streamline the deployment and management of desktop environments.
  • Support and troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams, to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide technical support for HP, Canon, and Toshiba printers, ensuring they are configured and functioning correctly within the networked environment.

Requirements
  • Candidates must be able to work a W2 contract without a sponsoring employer indefinitely.
  • Ability to commute on-site 5 days/week to client's headquarters in Vienna, Virginia
