QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our Dow clinic in Collegeville, PA. Work with a team that empowers you to empower your patients

Schedule: 40hrs/wk

Job Requirements

  • Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university

  • Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

  • Active and unrestricted applicable licensure

  • Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire

  • NPI & DEA

  • Current National Board Certification
