Real Estate Transaction Broker

Rent Right is excited to be seeking a new full-time salaried role, we are hiring a Transaction Broker for the Home Right sales division of Rent Right Management Solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who works well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
This critical role will primarily act as the compliance or managing broker for the entire brokerage with ADRE, oversee all new Home Right sales division transactions including but not limited to managing contracts for both the listing and buyer's agents, following the Home Right sales process, ensuring timeframes and broker compliance, data entry, maintaining records, spreadsheets, and checklists, communicating efficiently and effectively, etc. Secondarily this person will assist with advertising, networking, CRM management, business development, and growth.
This position has some flexibility and could be performed remotely or in the office. This position may occasionally require trips into the field including but not limited to meeting clients or vendors as well as task-based assignments such as installing or removing a lockbox or delivering paperwork.
This role will communicate via phone, text, and email with our Team, Clients, other Agents, and Vendors.
The position includes attending required meetings and running weekly reports. Remaining current on Arizona real estate law and licensing. Fostering and maintaining a positive relationship with our sphere, Vendors, Clients, and Team alike.
Responsibilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently licensed as an Arizona Real Estate Broker - 3+ years of experience
• Pass a background check which shows a clean and clear record
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter who takes initiative
• Great organizational skills and ability to stay on task
• Ability to use a computer and typical office software to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence
• Ability to type information with accuracy and speed, customer service skills, and knowledge of office policies and procedures
• Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients and potential buyers and sellers
• Ability to learn assigned clerical tasks readily and adhere to prescribed routines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to provide Full-service Transaction management, including but not limited to contract review, intro emails, timely document storage and preparation
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of real estate law and fair housing regulations, ensuring compliance in all aspects of the job
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the position, including answering phone calls, emails, and texts and responding to inquiries in an expeditious and professional manner

WHAT IS THE HIRING PROCESS LIKE?
• All applications are reviewed within a week of closing the job posting
• Qualified candidates are contacted for a brief phone interview
• During the phone interview, if we feel a candidate is qualified, we set up an in-person interview
• After the in-person interview, the final qualified candidates go through a paid, 4-hour working interview.
• At the conclusion of that working interview, the successful candidate is presented with an offer letter
• Upon acceptance of the offer, there is a 90-day probationary period
• Benefits go into effect after completion of the 90-day probationary period
