Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent field
  • 5+ years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into innovative technical/functional solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds and Lightning Experience
  • Direct expertise building managed and unmanaged packages on the App Exchange
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations paired with Salesforce architecture, design, and configuration skills
  • Proficient in Apex, Flows, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, and API integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools, especially Salesforce DX, source control, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD)
  • Experience with Lighting Web Components and JavaScripts Framework Experience
  • Experience with mid- to large-scale implementation supporting multiple lines of business
  • Thorough understanding and execution of Salesforce Deployment Process
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II, and Architectural related are highly desired
Job Summary

The Salesforce Partnership Engineering team is looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your strong functional and technical Salesforce expertise to design, develop, and maintain complex business solutions within the Salesforce Platform. You will pair your passion, creativity, and innovation with modern tools and techniques to design scalable solutions around business process automation, integration, and performance optimization that provide a world-class experience to team members and partners alike and bring our mission to life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple delivery teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Mentor and develop fellow Salesforce professionals
  • Lead technical design sessions to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Design, develop, test, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions
  • Design, develop, and implement application information security architecture in an enterprise environment
  • Build managed and unmanaged packages on the App Exchange
  • Build solutions with Apex, Flows, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, Platform Events, and API integrations
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation of technical designs and delivered solutions
  • Use hands-on expertise to identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing Salesforce solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of latest Salesforce capabilities, tools, and techniques to establish and own our development standards and best practices
