The role involves using various tools such as tweezers, solder extractors, solder irons, hot air pencils, and hot air reflow equipment to correct defects and meet specifications. You will be expected to follow ISO process sheets, adhere to safety guidelines, and actively participate in performance feedback. The role requires maintaining accurate records in our quality system, including tracking parts, identifying defect locations, and entering scrap information. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary, including patent trace repair and BGA operations. Continuous inspection, simple planning, and decision-making are key components of this role.
