Job Summary

Job Description

Medline Industries is seeking a curious, passionate, data savvy Analyst with knowledge in web analytics to join the Marketing Analytics Team. If you are an experienced Analyst who loves using web analytics to help drive business growth, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The primary focus of this role is to support marketing and ecommerce analysis and optimization efforts. This person will work with teams to build, monitor, analyze and report KPIs, translating business requirements into the appropriate analytics solution. Good interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to engage all levels of the organization is critical to this role. The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and support Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch) with data elements, rules, and third-party tags.
  • Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to achieve and measure project success. Ensure analytic tagging is developed to support initiatives.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of ecommerce and marketing efforts from a variety of data sources (web analytics, SAP, etc.) and provide actionable insights on findings.
  • Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of all Medline sites catalog/content pages, email, PR campaigns, site changes, and marketing initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Produce and distribute recurring reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Create and manage analytic dashboards to measure success for business and marketing key performance indicators.
  • Lead analytic efforts focused on attribution modeling, A/B and multivariate testing, heat maps, lead tracking, etc.
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree.
Work Experience
  • 1+ years of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch experience, including coding knowledge, end-to-end implementation with data layer experience
  • 2+ years of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, including website data collection, QA, and tagging
  • 2+ years in digital or social media strategy, analytics, conversion optimization
  • 2+ years of generating reports or dashboards using visualization tools such as Google Data Studio/Looker, Adobe Workspace, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis and performance tuning
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Media Sciences, or other related field
