Administers a smooth process for position postings and job transfers. Handles associated personnel transactions and documentation in an accurate, timely way. Contributes to developing follow up for every application—regardless if the candidate proceeds to a phone or in-person interview. Contribute to Talent Acquisition Strategy. Works closely with leaders to assure candidates meet experience, education, credentials, behaviors and values of SPH. Works closely to develop processes that fully engage candidates in the value proposition of living and working in surrounding communities. Works with internal team to understand and apply an excellent employee experience. Shares tools and resources for leader reference in the recruiting process. Serves as a liaison to candidates and leaders for recruiting activities. Participate in Pipeline Development. Assures effective sources of qualified internal and external candidates. Networks with schools, universities, job services, career sites and external candidate databases. Uses other sources such as career fairs, list services and staffing firms to generate sufficient candidates for open positions. Collaborates with People Engagement to assure an engaging website and social media presence. Coordinate the Candidate Experience. Contact, screen and arranges interviews prospective candidates as needed—assuring that candidate assessment processes support the fit of the individual to the role, work area and organization. Supports each candidate with personalized attention to create an excellent first impression. Follows up with every in-person interview in a timely manner—regardless of yes or no decision. Relocation and Assimilation: Works with People Services team to assure a comprehensive relocation and assimilation approach for candidates and their families or significant others. Connect candidates to resources to ease their transition. Keeps leaders appraised of competitive factors that affect candidate decisions. Coordinate the Offer Process. Serves as the liaison among organizational leaders and designees, bringing knowledge and objectivity to wage/salary, benefits, relocation and bonus processes. Coordinates with team to understand and resolve any candidate concerns. Facilitate Temporary Staffing Resources. Works with leaders and position stewardship to coordinate temporary staff resources when required. Seek solutions to reduce reliance and cost for temporary staffing. Transitions to Onboarding. Facilitate a seamless transition from offer acceptance to handover of information to Recruiting Liaison and to assigned work units. Contributes to processes that support leaders and team in SPH retention and stay strategy as needed.
