Performs Rapid On-Site Evaluations for FNA procedures including CT-Guided and US-Guided procedures. Knowledge of multiple Cytology Reporting Systems. Excellent inter- and intra-departmental communications skills. Maintains equipment, supplies, and instrumentation. Ability to assist in the Cytopreparatory lab, as needed. Works independently and in a team. Demonstrate organizational, time management, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills. Use computer skills appropriate to position. Needs to understand medical terminology. Requirements: ASCP Certified Technologist in Cytology State of Florida License Clinical Laboratory Personnel - Cytotechnologist Bachelor's in related field Bachelor's requirement can be waived if certified prior to 1985 Preferred - 2 years Cytology experience.
