JOB DUTIES: Responsible for following Master Sanitation Schedule and recording areas that have been cleaned Cleaning maintaining all walls, ceilings, floors, pipes, and miscellaneous fixtures Responsible for cleaning the following but not limited to, all processing equipment, ovens, conveyor systems, catch pans, bucket conveyor systems etc. Cleaning the floor unloading area, silo interior, silo filter bag compartments and silo exterior area Removal of all trash, salt, and product waste containers when necessary.
