Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fueling Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all trailers are cleaned and sanitized according to established food safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-pressure water hoses to clean and sanitize trailers, ensuring proper disposal of trash and sweeping of the wash area.
  • Inspect trailers for mechanical defects and report any issues to the Fleet Maintenance supervisor.
  • Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including pressure washers, moveable stairs, and personal protective equipment.
  • Ensure all environmental laws and food safety protocols are met, and assist with maintaining sanitary conditions in the trailers and truck yard.
  • Follow preferred work methods and immediately report any unsafe conditions or environmental issues to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree or the equivalent in work experience.
  • CDL Class A experience preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Work Environment

The work environment for this role will be in a warehouse setting, with frequent exposure to wet, hot, and humid conditions. The associate will be required to work in confined spaces and may be exposed to high, precarious places.
