Warehouse Operations Associate

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal Order Fulfillment Associate is a proven team player with a can-do attitude. You'll be responsible for fulfilling orders, inventory control, and assisting customers with curbside and in-store pickups. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Pick and process customers wine, beer, and spirits orders
- Maintain, update, and follow up on problem orders (missing items, credit card declines, etc.)
- Assist customers with curbside and in-store pickup orders
- Load and unload deliveries and transfers
- Check-in and put away product deliveries and transfers
- Occasional local deliveries in company van
- Consolidate, maintain, and organize orders in the Will-Call area
- General Warehouse and Will-Call area maintenance - sweeping, cardboard breakdown, etc.
- Work in conjunction with retail operations manager to ensure a safe and organized facility
- Must be able to work Sunday-Thursday
- Positive attitude
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to load, unload, and operate a hand truck safely
- Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours each day
- Ability to bend stoop, twist, and kneel frequently
- Previous experience with MS Office, shipping software, warehouse management technology, and handheld devices preferred
