  • Digital Marketing - Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels such as email campaigns, blog, social media, advertisements and website.
  • Routinely update links and tags on the Guarantee Electrical website and social media sites. Assist the marketing team with writing, preparation, and posting of digital campaigns to social media that best optimizes SEO.
  • Build digital content library to maximize timely distribution of news and relevant communications through digital channels
  • Professional Writing & Content Development - Work closely with the marketing team and other internal parties to write and edit compelling, well-researched externally facing content for the company's projects for promotion. Content includes blog posts, white papers, case studies, articles and web copy. Manage content calendar for digital platforms including - social media, blog, email campaigns, advertisements, and website updates.
  • Strategy - Develop and implement digital marketing tasks to achieve company marketing goals and objectives.
  • Branding - Assist with maintaining the Guarantee Electrical brand identity and provide consistent quality control and proofreading for brand standards across all digital channels.
  • Analytics - Ability to analyze metrics and monitor digital campaign performance, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Research - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and insights related to digital marketing efforts. Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, strategies, and changes in the market.
  • Employment Branding/HR Partnership - Support Marketing Coordinator with developing digital collateral to support the needs for Human Resources to develop and reinforce an employment brand that bolsters recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Photography, Videography & Design - Using various hardware and software, coordinate the use of various forms of photography, videography and other graphic design elements.
  • Relationships - Maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure effective execution of digital marketing strategies.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strategic Thinking - Ability to see the big picture, formulating a clear vision, and taking the necessary steps to achieve it - especially as it relates to our client relationships, promotion of our culture, and value proposition.
  • Industry Experience and Technical Knowledge - Ability to grasp the technical aspects of the construction industry and speak the language with our clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Communications and Media - Knowledge of media production, communication, analytical tools, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.
  • Experience - Social Media, Email Campaigns, Digital Advertisements, and Website Development
  • Technical & Professional Writing - Impeccable spelling and grammar, editing and proofreading, and a sound understanding of writing styles.
  • Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and client services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Ability to present digital campaign results and recommendations. Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities as well

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or related field of study (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5 years' experience working in digital marketing, and/ or Architecture industries
