Ecommerce Program Specialist Location: Fort Wayne, IN Level: Salaried Division: Ecommerce Reporting to position: Manager, Ecommerce Platform Travel: Minimal About the Role: Do it Best continues to take the online customer experience to the next level by working with our members to create a shopping experience that blends both online and in-store. The Ecommerce Program Specialist will be the first point of contact for members to work with Ecommerce to build, maintain, and grow their online sales and presence through doitbest.com and each members’ individual microsite. This role will work closely with other team members across divisions including Marketing, Creative, Content, and IT. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of ecommerce and sees the opportunity to help our Do it Best member-owners drive sales through a great online experience. If you have any prior experience working in any of the following positions, we strongly encourage you to apply: Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator, SEO Specialist, or Content Marketing Specialist Responsibilities include: Advise members on building SEO rich pages on their store’s microsite Aid members in managing their DNS setup for customer website URLs Manage redirect setups to maintain member SEO for site transitions to Adobe platform Advise on and coordinate member microsite builds Work with creative team to communicate member goals for changes to site including events, campaigns, and the communication of key departments Relay to members the basic understanding of how member products, pricing, inventory, and promotions work on the Adobe platform Education and Experience: Ecommerce marketing and/or merchandising experience Retail experience preferred Skills and Abilities: Good verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills Process minded Task-oriented Able to productively work cross-functional Adobe E-commerce Suite experience is welcomed, but not required Please note that for this role, relocation assistance is not available.
