Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client's technology and business staff daily
  • Code, test, debug, implement, and document complex global applications
  • Develop and/or lead the development of prototypes
  • Identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes
  • Provide exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling
  • Strong communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Python

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong Python coding skills with at least 4-5 years' experience
  • Experience in python libraries (like NumPy, Pandas etc.)
  • Experience using Neo4J, Mongo DB
  • Experience in using Python web development frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
  • Experience working as part of a scrum team
  • Understanding and experience in Gen AI implementations, Langchain, Vector DB, Embeddings, or related frameworks (optional)
  • Experience with AI/ML model implementations using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.
  • Experience with Chat, IVR, Banking will be a plus
  • Google Cloud (GCP) knowledge (optional)
