We are currently seeking a Senior Python AI Engineer (FTE Position/Onsite/Hybrid) to become a vital part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively with the client's technology and business personnel on a daily basis.
- Design, implement, test, and document intricate global applications.
- Facilitate discussions to negotiate features and priorities, ensuring consensus among team members and clients.
- Lead the development of prototypes and innovative solutions.
- Analyze problem causality, assess business impact, and identify root causes.
- Provide precise solutions for challenges related to object identity and error management.
- Possess a comprehensive experience of 5 - 7 years in relevant fields.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python coding, with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience.
- Exhibit extensive knowledge of Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
- Showcase expertise in database technologies like Neo4J and MongoDB.
- Have a solid background in Python web development frameworks, including FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Participate actively as a member of a scrum team, familiar with associated ceremonies.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Generative AI implementations.
- Experience with Langchain, Vector DB, Embeddings, or similar frameworks.
- Background in AI/ML model implementations using tools like scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Experience in sectors such as Chat, IVR, or Banking is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
