PT/Flex Associate at Denver Center/Colorado Convention Center

City Pop at the Denver Arts Complex and Colorado Convention Center is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as an Associate cashier. As part of our outstanding customer service staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for patrons purchasing concessions during events at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and the Colorado Convention Center.
Job Summary:
- Engage with theatergoers, providing exceptional service during the checkout process.
- Operate the credit card only register and process transactions accurately (no cash transactions).
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restock supplies, and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Contribute to the overall success of the theater by creating a positive guest experience.
- Business casual attire is recommended, including slacks/khakis, dress shirts/blouses, and closed-toe shoes.
- Clothing should be clean, well-fitted, and in good condition. Avoid jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, or offensive clothing.
- Comfortable shoes are advised for extended periods of standing during events.
- Minimize excessive jewelry, strong scents, or distracting accessories.
- Flexible/part-time position without guaranteed weekly hours.
- Active during events at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts or Colorado Convention Center.
- In generate, shifts are 5:30pm - 9:30pm Tuesday - Friday and 12pm - 9:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally some shows have matinees during the week that require an earlier start time. Shifts at the Colorado Convention Center vary.
